  1. Q: Where can I find the product warranty?

    Product warranty can be found in every box of a Twelve Oaks™ flooring product. A downloadable copy of the warranty is also available under the Warranty tab on each product’s page.

  2. Q: How can I make a claim?

    Read your warranty carefully, and contact your retail store immediately when you detect a problem with your flooring product. If the retailer cannot resolve the problem and you wish to file a claim, please follow Twelve Oaks™ Complaint Procedure.

  3. Q: I see Temperature and Relative Humidity in the warranty. Why are they important to know?

    Ambient conditions such as temperature and relative humidity need to be maintained at specified levels in order for your Twelve Oaks™ floors to perform optimally. Different flooring choices have different requirements, so please read and carefully follow the Installation, Care and Warranty document in every box. Failure to comply will result in voiding your warranty.
