Welcoming to the Twelve Oaks Family
October is the season for giving thanks. We want to dedicate this issue to a few of the heroes behind Twelve Oaks™ excellent customer service. Here are their stories…
Ryan joined the Twelve Oaks™ family in May 2014. He grew up around the corner from our head office and attended high school at Dr. Norman Bethune C.I. in Toronto. He completed his post-secondary education at the University of Ontario, majoring in Criminology with a minor in Social Policy. Ryan joins us from his previous tenure in the Customer Relations department at 407ETR. An asset to our operations, Ryan brings with him a wealth of customer service experience and knowledge. As a Twelve Oaks™ Customer Relationship Manager, he continues to provide the best possible service to you, our customers. Ryan is also familiar with flooring, having done installations in the past.
Ryan cites working with the best colleagues in the workforce and the relationships he’s formed with our dealers as his two favorite aspects of the job. Outside of the office, Ryan is an avid Brewer, making some top quality beers (some of which have won awards!). He is also a very faithful Toronto Blue Jays fan. A family friendship with George Bell has strengthened his loyalty in the ball club and has gotten him into some of the Blue Jays most exclusive festivities. With the team being white hot right now, rest assured you can hear Ryan say “GO JAYS!” throughout the office.

We are pleased to take this opportunity to introduce one of the latest additions to the Twelve Oaks™ Team. July 2nd this year, Suki opened a new chapter and hopefully best chapter of her career by becoming a Twelve Oaks™ Client Relationship Manager. She attended post-secondary school at Ryerson University and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, and has plenty of customer service experiences.
Suki loves to shop, and going to the movies, especially sci-fi pictures. We have helped nurture and grow her love for baseball, but it is a work-in-progress to convert her from a Yankees fan to a Jays fan. She is looking forward soon to getting involved with volunteer work with children, possibly some programs like Big Sister or Real Kids.
She has enjoyed her first three months at Twelve Oaks™ , learned a lot, and fit seamlessly into our team. In speaking to her and asking her what stood out the most so far at Twelve Oaks™ , she states that she really enjoyed all the colleagues she works with and is looking forward every morning to the challenges and excitement that each new day brings. We are confident that she will continue to be better and build lifelong relationships with Twelve Oaks™ and our clients. Welcome aboard Suki, glad to have you as a valued team member!
